This Return Policy describes the terms under which construction materials, if supplied, may be returned to S S Traders.
1. General Return Policy
All construction materials supplied by S S Traders are generally non-returnable once delivered or used.
2. Return Request Period
Any return request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Return
Returns may be accepted only if:
- Materials are unused and in original condition
- Packaging is intact
- Return is approved in writing by S S Traders
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed materials
- Custom-ordered or project-specific materials
- Materials damaged due to improper handling or storage
5. Inspection and Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection. Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3–5 working days after inspection.
6. Return Charges
Approved returns may attract transportation, handling, and restocking charges, which shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Amendments to Return Policy
S S Traders may modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
