This policy applies to the supply and delivery of construction materials purchased from S S Traders.
1. Delivery Timelines
1. Material Processing: Orders for construction materials are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Estimates:
- Local Delivery (Kushinagar & Nearby Areas): Materials are typically delivered to the site within 2-4 business days.
- Outstation/Remote Sites: Delivery may take 5-7 business days depending on logistics and road accessibility.
2. Delivery Logistics
- Materials are delivered using trucks or commercial transport vehicles.
- Site Accessibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the construction site is accessible for delivery vehicles. If the vehicle cannot reach the exact spot, materials will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the quantity of material (weight/volume) and the distance to the construction site. These will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
4. On-Site Inspection
Upon delivery, the customer or site supervisor must inspect the materials (bricks, cement, hardware, etc.). Any breakage or quantity mismatch must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and noted on the delivery challan.
