3. Material Supply & Product Orders
Quality: We ensure that all construction materials supplied meet industry quality standards.
Pricing: Prices for materials are subject to market fluctuations. The final price applicable will be the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Usage: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the materials ordered are suitable for their specific construction or project requirements.
4. Payments
Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (via PhonePe), and Bank Transfers.
Advance Payments: For construction contracts and large material orders, an advance payment may be required as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.
Final Settlement: Full and final payment must be completed upon delivery of materials or completion of services as mentioned in the invoice or contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
S S Traders shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
Our total liability shall be strictly limited to the value of the materials supplied or the specific service rendered. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our services or material supply shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
